Our welders can build whole insect mechanical frames and electric systems. Then, the mechanical insect owns motion style.
After complete the shapes, the workers can heat the vivid textures or ironing surface. Then, insect models are looked more realistic.
When complete mechanical frame works, need more works about steel anti-rust handling. Have environmentally anti-rust paint on it.
After textures & surface works, must go silicone skin-grafting works. Doing this to enhance insect skin elasticity and resistance.
Our workers will wrap high-density sponge on the frame, then the skilled sculptors engrave various insect / bug shapes or outlines.
Our color dyers will use mixtures of silicone, oil paints & gasoline to produce lifelike skin. Then finish all insect / bug model works.
