1. CPU control box

It can be said to be the most important part of the spare parts. Without it, the dinosaur or animal model is just a motionless model. Once it appears and is connected to the animatronics, the giant prehistoric creature immediately comes alive and can roar and move.
How to use the control box:
Step 1: Connect the cable from the dinosaur / animal legs to the control box.
Step 2: Connect the speaker cable to the control box.
Step 3: Connect the infrared sensor cable to the control box.
Step 4: Connect the general power cable and start the button on the control box.
Step 5: As long as a person passes by the sensor, the animatronics model will immediately start to move and roar.
NOTIFICATION: When the exhibition is over, please also turn off the power switch of the control box, which is conducive to the maintenance of the internal electrical appliances of the model! Turn on the power only when you need the model to work.

2. Infrared sensor

This is one of the electrical accessories that needs to be connected to the control box. Its main job is to sense whether tourists are approaching the model. Once it senses that tourists are approaching, it inputs instructions into the control box and starts the mechanical dynamics inside the animatronics model.
With this spare part, the model has its own “autonomous consciousness” and can act according to the approach of people.
External devices configured for the sensor:
- The sensor is embedded in a mushroom-shaped iron box, which has a certain decorative and rainproof effect.
- Cables for the sensors.
3. Audio (speaker) equipment
Speaker
This is the roaring sound effect of the working animal model. It is very convenient to use it. Just use a USB flash drive or SD card and record an MP4 audio file into it to make the model roar.
It is also connected to the control box. Once the model receives the command (from the control box), its mouth opens and the roaring sound comes out. Its job is to directly match the opening and closing of the dinosaur / animal’s mouth.
NOTIFICATION: In addition to the sound effects of animatronic dinosaurs / animals, it can also work with music, human voices, speech and other audio, and is highly customizable.

This is a magical device that can protect our electrical equipments from rain and snow. It not only covers the above two major electrical appliances (control box & speaker), but also can be a decoration, making the dinosaur / animal models look more beautiful outdoors.

- Cover electrical equipments / accessories to prevent water and snow intrusion
- Adding a few rocks near the dinosaur or animal makes it better looks.

5. Display of non-electrical accessories
Non-Electric Accessories
Silicone: Usually equipped with 5-20 silicone adhesives (depending on the quantity of products purchased by the customer). Silicone can be used to stick things together and is useful for repairing some minor scratches on the model’s skin.
Oil paints: Usually equipped with 20-30 oil paints (depending on the number of products purchased by the customer). It is also used to repair some minor abrasions on the model’s skin and is mixed with silicone glue.
Yellow glue: Usually equipped with 500ml – 5000ml (depending on the quantity of products purchased by the customer). It is used to stick the internal sponge and steel frame together during installation and has extremely strong adhesion.
NOTIFICATION: We will also be equipped with some needles and threads, fishing lines, wrenches, iron rods of appropriate sizes, etc. to prepare for later installation.
